How to update the domain records of a windows server 2007 to a new IP address?

Hi i’ve got a windows server 2007 with exchange 2007 running. We have a company website www.abcde.com and a domain for emails www.ab.com (these are not the real addresses, just serve as an example).

I just received an email from our domain hosting company with the following message:

“We are currently in the process of updating our servers to a more secure and faster web server infrastructure. You currently have abcde.com and ab.com hosted with us. We will require the www and non www domain records for the domain listed below to be updated to the new IP address of our new server.

            Domain: abcde.com
            Domain: ab.com

The new IP address is 119.8.39.21

Once you have updated you Domain name server for the above domain please let me know and I can update our records.”

->My question is where do i update this new IP address? I thought for the ab.com address which is used for our emails, i will have to change the MX record, but in the DNS there is no mention of any MX record.
